Susan Diamond, MSW


As a New York Life Agent, I sincerely believe that most people want to do what's right: right for themselves, right for their families, and right for their communities. Building off more than three decades' leadership experience, and driving strategic growth and visibility within the nonprofit arena helped me form the basis for my present concentration. I joined New York Life because I want to empower people to make informed financial decisions that will support their long term financial health, and in turn help provide good quality of life for the people who live and work in the Hudson Valley. 

You can take comfort in the fact that I have been a proud resident of the Hudson Valley community for more than 25 years, and therefore have a vested interest in seeing my friends, neighbors, and local businesses succeed. As a loving parent and wife, I have many of the same hopes and aspirations as my clients and am happy to share with you all the resources and information New York Life has to offer. I work in partnership with individuals, families, and businesses to help achieve the best life possible by taking the time to clearly understand your background, philosophy, and needs.

Depending on your needs, I can introduce you to some ways to help protect your family's lifestyle and future; or prepare for major financial events such as saving for retirement, helping protect your assets so you can pass on your legacy, or as a business owner offer solutions to help you reach your business goals.

If you're wondering about my qualifications, you might find it reassuring to know that I am a licensed agent to sell insurance through New York Life Insurance Company. Additionally, I hold a MSW from Fordham University and have participated in New York Life's well-known training program, NYLIC University. Moreover, my community involment as a volunteer committee and/or board member with the following organizations during the past two decades has not only been good for my health but also strengthened my skill sets:
